Alice in Wonderland

5 th April 2020

Dear brave and wonderful theatregoer.

We hope you are safe and well and you are managing to work from home and/or be a teacher for
your children/pets or simply making a throne from stockpiles of toilet roll.

It is with a very heavy heart that we have decided to postpone our tour of ‘Alice In Wonderland’ this
summer until next year. This is not a decision that we have taken lightly and has involved weeks of
deliberation and worry. However, the situation with the continuing Covid-19 pandemic has
rendered preparation and planning nearly impossible. We feel that the risk of producing a brand
new show is too much of a burden to take on in these uncertain times and many of our venues have
already notified us that they will not be opening this summer or have cancelled all of their events.

We are working with our venues to reschedule to 2021 and are booking in dates for next year, for
those who have purchased tickets for this summer already, we will transfer your tickets to the new
date, but please bear in mind that this may take some time. If you would prefer to have a complete
refund, please contact the place that you purchased the tickets from.

We hope you understand, and that the world returns to normal as soon as possible as we will miss
you all this summer and we already look forward to seeing you next year. We are not going to set
up a crowdfunding website to raise money for our company but we hope that if you want to support
the outdoor touring industry please consider donating to some of our venues as they will have been
hit very hard by this pandemic. If you are able to do this, please check out our social media to find
out how.

Wherever you may be, please stay safe and sane and we look forward to seeing you all soon.

James and Abi at Boxtree Cottage.
